For orders outside of the Denmark, customers are now responsible for all duties, taxes and custom clearance costs. EU Customers are also experiencing admin costs as much as €17. Due to Brexit, we are currently experiencing increased delivery times and unknown delays for international orders.

You have 30 days to cancel your order in accordance with our 30-day returns policy starting the day after you receive the item *. Just make sure all items are returned with proof of purchase, new and unused condition, and in their original packaging if undamaged **

Defective goods
If you believe a product is defective, please contact us immediately with a description and photo of the relevant product. We recommend that you stop using the product. If the item has not been used and has been purchased within 6 months, you will be eligible for a full refund, subject to confirmation of the defect. For items found to be defective that were used or purchased after 6 months, you will be offered a free exchange.
